I want to know that, is there any food restriction while having package for psoriasis & eczema.

Dear Bijesh,
During the treatment of Psoriasis and Eczema certain food items and drinks should be avoided for an effective treatment of the disease.
- Alcohol: Alcoholic drinks should be strictly avoided during the treatment. Alcohol causes opening of blood vessels and makes movement of white blood cells (WBCs) easier to outer layer of skin. WBCs are a major cause of psoriasis.
- Meat and Non vegetarian food: High content of polyunsaturated fats present in non vegetarian food makes it unhealthy for patient suffering from Psoriasis.
- Dairy Products: Presence of a protein called ‘Casein’ present in dairy products also alleviates the condition of psoriasis and eczema.
