TURMERIC- The Queen Of Spices

Turmeric or as it is popularly known as “Queen of spices” or “Golden spice of life”, is a magical spice due to its many qualities. It is most commonly used a herb by people across the globe. But it is also famous for its antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-carcinogenic, and antiviral properties. Apart from being rich in vitamin C, E and K; turmeric also contains protein, calcium and copper, iron, zinc and magnesium. Bathed in these many minerals, turmeric is the most trusted and reliable source of medicine which helps in curing number of health problems.
