Just dab a cotton pad dipped in onion juice on your entire scalp, massage your scalp for a couple of minutes and then leave the juice for 15-20 minutes. Vitamins such as A and C help improving the health of the scalp, therefore it is beneficial to consume foods such as dark leafy greens, citrus foods, sweet potatoes, avocados and such. But digesting foods high in salt content and carbonated beverages can inhibit the hair growth.

4. Egg: eggs are the natural containers of biotin which helps in maintain healthier roots and follicles. The vitamins present in an egg increase oxygen production and stimulate blood flow to the scalp. One can use eggs in two ways to help hair growth. First being, adding the egg in the daily diet. This way ensures that the body and hair get all the nutritional value of the eggs. The second being, using them as a hair pack. Egg yolks acts as an emulsifier and helps to bring the ingredients of the hair pack in a mixture. The egg also helps the pack to stick in the hair and penetrate the scalp and hair follicles.
